Requirements: • 3+ years proven experience as a plumber, with a focus on residential plumbing. • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and code compliance. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and plumbing codes. • Access to basic plumbing tools and equipment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (Mileage reimbursement provided) Company Overview: This is NOT a lead service position. Instead, we are offering afull-time W2 positionwiththe potential for overtime. Our team uses a custom app to assign and manage work orders, making the job efficient and straightforward. Major tools and equipment are provided as needed, and we ensure all employees are well-equipped for success. The Job: • This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in single-family homes. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in residential plumbing, an in-depth understanding of plumbing codes, and the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently. • This is an hourly position with potential for overtime (pay rates vary upon experience and licensing)
