Full Time/Part Time Porter

Key Responsibilities: • Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, and common areas • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and restrooms • Empty trash/recycling and manage waste disposal • Maintain exterior areas, including sidewalks and entrances • Support staff with setup for events or resident functions • Handle deliveries and help with moving items as needed • Respond to resident requests and report maintenance issues • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance Qualifications: • Previous porter or janitorial experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods • Reliable, punctual, and courteous • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAY & SUNDAY. • Relief and part time employee are not entitled to any benefits * Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $22.33 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week Work Location: In person
