FullStack Developer ( .NET + React + Azure)

We are seeking a proactive Senior Developer to spearhead a critical transformation project for a client in the financial industry. The goal is to optimize and modernize their current tools, focusing on reducing technical debt and enhancing file processing capabilities. This role will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a junior resource, serving as the main point of contact for the client, and driving technical progress on key project goals.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of two, acting as a mentor and technical reference for a junior team member.
• Collaborate closely with the client to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication on progress and deliverables.
• Identify, address, and resolve technical debt within the client’s existing tools, promoting sustainable and efficient solutions.
• Optimize and enhance file processing systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project milestones and timelines are met.
• Contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.

Hard Skills - Must have:

• Strong expertise in backend development in C# (.NET, MVC).
• Proficiency in front-end development using React.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to lead technical teams, particularly in coaching/guiding junior developers.
• Capability to identify and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, ensuring the team meets project timelines.
