Your Role and Responsibilities

• Define and set the technical direction and vision for the product development.
• Design and oversee the implementation of complex software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers testers product managers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure architectural consistency and coherence across the product portfolio.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
• Translate business requirements and leadership vision into technical solutions and actionable tasks.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend tools technologies and processes to ensure high-quality software development.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Must be a good problem solver and experience in technical leadership.
• Total 12+ years of experience in full stack development deployment and support.
• Expert in data structures and Algorithms and implementing abstractions.
• Expert in change management and version control best practices.
• Ability to work independently or as individual contributor when necessary.
• 10+ years of development experience with development and code reviews.
• Expert in any public cloud like AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Good understanding in frontend & backend development programming languages tools and framework.
• 4 + years of backend infrastructure deployment and management using Kubernetes
• Experience with web development REST API’s

• Building automation scripts.
• Creating Test plans and automated tests.
• Site Reliability Engineering concepts
• Project management.
