Fullstack Developer (ReactJS, NodeJS)

We currently work with about 200 developers and with 2 offices in Danang City and Hanoi Capital.

Job Description

Backend: 

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., NestJS) 
• Implement robust and efficient database solutions (relational and non-relational) 
• Optimize backend performance and scalability to handle high traffic volumes 
• Implement caching strategies for improved performance 
• Utilize design patterns and clean code principles to deliver maintainable and scalable code 
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues efficiently 
  Frontend: 
• Develop user interfaces using React and related libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS) 
• Manage state effectively utilizing React hooks and context API 
• Implement efficient data fetching and manipulation techniques 
• Optimize frontend performance for a smooth user experience 
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility 
• Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups into functional component

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer 
• Strong understanding of both backend and frontend technologies (mentioned above) 
• Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns 
• Experience with deployment tools and processes (e.g., Docker) 
• Experience with testing frameworks and unit testing best practices 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 

Bonus Points: 

• Experience with additional frameworks/libraries (e.g., RxJS, TypeScript) 
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines 
• Passion for building innovative and user-friendly web applications
