Digital Assets - Dispatch

As a Fullstack Engineer at Dispatch, you will work with individuals across the organization and tech-stack to help Dispatch implement the UI/UX of our blockchain messaging and analytics products along with the backend APIs and infrastructure. This is a cross-functional opportunity where you will be able to leverage your technical skills to help IEX’s Dispatch team set new standards and raise the bar for performance, fairness, and transparency.

• Interest and / or experience in web3, crypto or blockchain
• Experience working across the stack to deliver well-tested, production quality solutions

What You'll Do:

• Architect, develop, and manage flexible tools and other UI components that support internal and external users
• Conceive and customize market intelligence and bespoke reports for brokers and asset managers
• Design and maintain Dispatch’s web presence end-to-end
• Work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, designers, and senior leadership in executing product roadmap

You Have:

• A deep understanding of UX design and data visualization
• Experience building modular, secure web applications with a beautiful and user-friendly UI
• Previous work experience with Agile teams
• Expert-level understanding for building applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React/Redux, GraphQL, Node.js and TypeScript
• An interest or experience with interfacing with Smart Contracts or web3 data (ethers.js, web3.js) a plus but not required

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting annual base pay is between $175,000 and $225,000 for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
