What we expect in general:

- Proficiency with backend development, preferably with TypeScript and Scala
- Proficiency with working with both React-based frontends and node.js -based lambdas (AWS or similar)
- Good understanding of AWS
- Communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work as a part of a team and communicate well
- pro-active approach to problem-solving, without hesitation in reaching out for help
- Performing investigations on topics and submitting / validating a strategy.
- being self-driven and self-managing tasks
- willingness to work on improving communications and processes project-wise
