Fullstack Software Developer

We are looking for software developers to join our engineering team. We build an industry leading Planning Analytics Solutions that are AI powered and cloud native.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Join a first-class software engineering product development team to design code test and deliver software supporting and enhancing one of IBM’s most successful enterprise-level cloud solutions using AI techniques and traditional software development methodologies.

• Participate in the design and implementation of sophisticated software systems front end and backend with a focus on React/Java/ Phyton development.
• Participate on the develipment of features backed by AI technologies
• Participate in software design and code reviews. Reviews include other Software Engineers and are held to ensure a high level of software quality and to share knowledge with team members.
• Participate in and adhere to professional software engineering practices using such tools and methodologies as Agile Software Development Test Driven Development Continuous Integration Source Code Management (git) and GitHub
• Participate in the planning creation and execution of automated test cases and load/performance testing
• Maintain a high level of proficiency with Computer Science/Software Engineering knowledge and contribute to the technical skills growth of other team members
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Work as an Agile scrum team member.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 2+ Experience developing with front-end JavaScript frameworks like React Angular Vue.js or other
• 2+ years of Software Programming experience in Java
• 2+ years of Software Programming experience in Phyton
• 2+ years of experience using NodeJS
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as LLM NLP NLQ and machine learning
• Familiarity with microservices Docker Kubernetes or other cloud technologies
• Familiarity with REST API concepts
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation tools (CI/CD)
• Experience with ES6/7 WebSockets HTML 5 modular CSS JSON
• Experience writing end-to-end tests using frameworks like Intern Selenium+C65

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Cloud-first product development experience
• Cross-browser quirks and compatibility
• Familiarity with multidimensional databases and OLAP concepts
• Experience using build deployment and development tools like Git Travis Jenkins Yarn/NPM Webpack/Gulp
