Your Role

• Design and develop user-centric UI workflows for the Nutanix Kubernetes Platform, focusing on both current enhancements and future releases.
• Manage and deliver product release payloads, ensuring timely execution and high-quality standards.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of product architecture to effectively resolve issues and lead feature development.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and peer teams to enhance UI design and functionality.
• Continuously evaluate and update our technology stack through ongoing process definition and technology selection to align with industry trends.
• Conduct code reviews and create detailed design documentation to uphold development excellence.

What You Will Bring

• Experience with building user-centric UI workflows
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native solutions
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Javascript, Typescript and other front-end ecosystem such as React, Node, Graphql, etc.
• Experience with REST API semantics and design.
• 3-6 years of experience working as Full stack developer ideally in a fast paced startup or growth company environment.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates to deliver product releases
• Proven ability to lead design and delivery of complex projects
• Experience with coordinating with stakeholders for timely project delivery
• Flexibility to jump into customer on-calls as needed

How We Work: We have a diverse team that is split mainly between India and the US. We have a hybrid work model, where team members come into the office three times a week. This setup allows for both in-person collaboration and the flexibility of remote work.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 116,800 and USD $ 234,000 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
