Functional analyst

As a functional analyst in the Investment Product Solutions Department, in the Central Trust, you play an active role in developing highly complex, large-scale business solutions. You respond to upgrade and patch requests related to projects. You analyze business leaders’ needs, help them define their needs and guide them in the appropriate functional solutions while respecting budgetary commitments and delivery times. You guide the development teams in their analyses and solve operational problems that arise during projects, so that the proposed solutions are consistent and factor in user needs, system architecture and constraints. You identify opportunities to optimize systems, monitor IT systems and advise users on operational digitization, development of management and analysis tools, and systems testing. You stand out for your mastery of complex ecosystems, including multiple applications and integration points both internal and external toward service providers.
