SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. (SBG), a DSS, Inc. company, offers IT Governance, Systems Engineering, Enterprise Modernization, Artificial Intelligence, and Cyber Security innovation to federal and commercial clients nationwide. We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard-working, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced government contractor environment, and who have positive energetic attitudes. The position location is remote. This position is contingent upon award and funding.

OVERVIEW

The Functional Analyst will support the technical team that manages an expanding Amazon Web Services Cloud-based mobile device technology system, Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) contract, for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Works with our technical team and client to define standard operating procedures, in support of VA IT Admins
• Performs Tier 4 customer support
• Performs system monitoring
• Performs derived credential administration
• Supports mobile endpoint security and app vetting
• Performs device configuration and profile creation
• Works with the technical team in support of system testing
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering with at least two (2) years of related work experience; at least one (1) year of experience in applying related principles.
• Four (4) additional years of Functional Analyst experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Must have a strong interest in cloud and mobile technology and be highly motivated to focus and learn quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, preferred.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident in order to obtain Level 4 VA Clearance.
