Functional Analyst (SME)

The ideal candidate will have 25+ years' experience with direct experience with air and missile defense systems.12-15 years of SME experience with progressively complex organizational challengesincluding 10 years of leadership roles. Candidate will have demonstrated ability to define common goals and achieve consensus in team environments with many competing interests. Candidateneeds tobe skilled in areas of cross domain solutions and broader DOD reforms to advise Torch program leadership on integration strategies and approaches to align Torch's recommended technical solutions, model-driven prototyping, integration and demonstrations with Army Future's Command and PEO Missile and Space (M&S)priorities and initiatives. Requires comprehensive understanding of the DoD Adaptable Acquisition Framework, PEO M&S approach for integrating components and systems including the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS); senior level technical understanding of the Army PEO M&S product portfolio; and working knowledge of systems and components that interact with the Army systems.

Job Requirements

Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, or acquisition related field of expertise from an accredited college is required.Position also requires that candidate meet the requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.
