Then come and join our global team as Functional Lead (f/m/d) Platform Ownership & Services to keep the entire ServiceNow platform landscape and its interface running and secure with your team.

 

 

This role can be filled in the US, Germany or Slovakia. Please upload your application documents in English.

 

 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • You will functionally lead a global team of ServiceNow platform experts
  • You will act as speaker for the group and coordinate actions with the other Group Leads for cross-vertical topics
  • You and your team will keep the complete platform landscape and its interfaces up and running and secure
  • You will ensure platform performance. You will lead root cause analysis and hand over to the corresponding Value Streams for implementation. You will implement methods and tools to monitor performance
  • You will create and maintain platform components that are reusable and consumed by the Value Streams and manage capacities of the needed resources
  • You will create and maintain relevant policies and best practices with the team
  • You will coordinate regular application release management as well as upgrade of the platform to the newest ServiceNow release
  • You will develop the competencies of the experts in the group and evaluate needed competencies and skills required when onboarding new team members (internal or external)
  • You will facilitate knowledge exchange between the experts (community management)

Your qualifications and experience:

 

  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
  • You have many years of professional experience with SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow
  • You have profound experiences in leading diverse groups / teams
  • You have already gained extensive experience in the agile environment and have comprehensive knowledge of the SCRUM and SAFe methods

 

 

Your attributes and skills:

 

  • You already have extensive experience in international and intercultural cooperation. Therefore, you bring along business-fluent English skills. German language skills are an advantage
  • You have a personal affinity for the digital world and modern cloud-based technology
  • You are characterized by strong analytical skills, self-initiative, motivation, and the ability to work in a team
  • You communicate confidently at all organizational and work culture levels, demonstrating your ability to assert yourself
  • We learn passionately - you always strive for improvement and perfect quality and are willing to go the extra mile
