Job Description

• Prepare detailed test plan for each software release. 
• Develop high level testing designs based on documented user requirements. 
• Develop detail level testing designs based on documented user requirements. 
• Develop and execute test scripts and scenarios for all software enhancements. 
• Prepare the testing environment and test data 
• Complete thorough testing results documentation including indication of steps executed and screenshot of testing results. 
• Provide software testing support for new functionality, changes to in-house developed, COTS or GOTS applications, interface testing, upgrade testing. 
• Support system testing, spot testing, regression testing, and automated testing (automated testing such as custom Jenkins scripting, HP’s LoadRunner stress testing, and Web Inspection security testing). 
• Support UAT including development of UAT materials and coordinating and leading UAT sessions. 

Qualifications

• Good written and communication skills, business acumen, and financial knowledge to work with Business Analysts to ensure test results meet user requirements. 
• Experience in testing large systems and testing methodologies. 
• Experience using Jenkins scripting, HP’s LoadRunner stress testing, and Web Inspection is nice to have. 
• 2 years testing experience, within the last 5 years.
• Must have received qualification on the most current version of the ITIL Foundation level. A certificate of completion is required. 
• Must have received basic training on Agile software delivery methodology. A certificate of completion is required. 
• All staff performing in a Scrum Master role, need Scrum Master certification. A certificate of completion is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience 
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills. 
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Must be able to complete a federal background investigation. 
• Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card.
