As a Training & Development Manager for the Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for designing training programs and create training content with internal and external resources across multiple business functions. You will perform competency-needs analyses, design competency assessment forms, and monitor functional compliance with the Competence Management Program.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

Conducting needs assessments, course content analyses, learner analyses, and job-task analyses and partnering with the content development resources to select the most appropriate instructional solutions.

Aligning and optimizing curricula across product lines, functions, and regions.

Working with business leaders to determine training and competency needs and prioritizing projects that fully incorporate product company strategy.

Integrating new material, refreshing content and continuously upgrading learning experiences to enhance learning outcomes and participant engagement.

Working with Subject Matter Experts to design, develop and sustain the learning elements within the Competence Management Program

Gathering feedback and training requests to design and enhance future course schedules and content.

Managing instructors and external training providers as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
-
Possess a minimum of 10 yearsโ experience in Supply Chain related functional areas.

Have experience in project delivery as well as digital skills, preferably within the oil & gas industry.

Demonstrate previous experience leading teams both remotely and globally.
-
Have good communication skills to be able to communicate across the matrix organization
-
Demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects, including ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Have established project management skills.
