Fund Controller

CO Salary Range: USD 90,000.00 - 95,000.00 per year

Fund Controller in Denver, CO $90-95K

Our client is looking for a Fund Controller to be a part of a fund administrator providing services to investment managers. This role joins a high paced, growing team in the Denver market that provides a lot of exposure to private equity and venture capital.

Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

• Supervision of the audit and tax preparation process
• Assisting with the preparation of information and data for Capital Calls, Distributions and Allocations to investors
• Detailed management and tracking of portfolio company financings
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• Assisting with the Quarterly Reporting to the Limited Partners
• Maintenance of investor information in third party software systems
• Some local travel to Client sites as needed

• Bachelors Degree
• CPA required
• 2+ years in public accounting
