Furniture Interior Design Sales

We are looking for highly skilled Sales Leader who have a passion for Interior Design and want to take the challenge of leading our sales organization to the next level. We are currently hiring for our showrooms located in Manhattan and Brooklyn. We provide an exciting and rewarding work environment for those who like to work hard and play hard. Responsibilities Greet and assist our customers in selecting home furnishings Meet sales goals, objectives and mission Build meaningful relationships with customers Provide the highest level of customer service Build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business Ensure the successful delivery of merchandise by following up with customers and the Customer Care Center Become an expert in our products, tools and concepts Track individual/group results and progress Requirements College Degree Experience in Sales Experience in Interior design Qualifications Passion for people and retail Enthusiasm and desire to learn High level of ambition and enjoys taking on challenges Goal and results oriented Self-motivated and have a low tolerance for excuses Strong communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Must be able to work on the weekend Prior Sales experience is preferred but not required Benefits Medical Insurance Paid Vacation Paid holidays Employee Discount Paid training Opportunities for career growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: • Employee discount • Paid time off Schedule: • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • Must work Saturdays and Sundays.
