WillowTree offers two options to flexibly accommodate different styles of work—Work From Near and Work From Anywhere. 

Work From Near team members live within commuting distance to one of our following offices: Charlottesville, VA; Columbus, OH; Durham, NC; Vancouver, BC. In this hybrid model, team members spend 2+ days per week in the office collaborating with their teams. If you're interested in Work From Near, but located beyond a reasonable commuting distance from an available office, we provide financial relocation assistance. 

Work From Anywhere team members work remote from anywhere within the US, and travel on a quarterly basis to spend time with other Work From Anywhere team members.

Both models optimize collaboration and communication with your team, which are often within the same office (or also remote). Because of this, office availability for our roles may vary.

The Web team at WillowTree is made up of diverse levels of experience ranging from Entry-level new grads and Mid-level engineers to Senior, Staff, and Director level engineers. Our Software Engineers on the web platform are typically versed in writing web apps in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and represent expertise in a variety of frameworks including React, Vue, Angular, and more!
