What is the job?
As an Account Associate, you are the wizard behind the scenes in charge with the day-to-day administration of service for our clients, as well as the administrative support for our service teams and leadership.
The Account Associate (AA) primary duties include the day-to-day processing of new business, renewal business, and policy changes. The AAs are also held accountable for delivering excellent customer service through efficient workflow processes and collaboration with the team.
In more detail, you will:
- Serve as primary processor of client-related documents and services
- Utilize standard processes to increase effectiveness and improve overall service delivery
- Administer defined processes, analyze data, and suggests improvements
- Provide professional, timely, and accurate output to customers as well as HNI teammate
- Partner with the team to manage the workload and deliver exceptional customer service
- Improve client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer service standards
- Receive and respond to client calls and email requests
- Work side-by-side with the team and foster ongoing, open communication, and manage the workload
- Stay on top of priorities and reprioritizes as needed, while maintaining accuracy of output
Who we’re looking for:
You must be detail-oriented with a laser focus; you can organize yourself out of a shoe box and get along with just about anyone. You’re the guy or gal on the team that makes sure the trains run on time. Your positive, can-do attitude helps keep things on track and motivates those around you. Oh, and a ridiculously good communicator, particularly in writing.
Desired Skills and Experience
Whatever it takes to accomplish the above, but likely someone who has worked in a professional setting with a proven track record of ridiculous proficiency and accuracy with information, data entry, spreadsheets, emails, databases, and other applications. Also, someone that has a passion for delivering the white glove service, knows how to roll up their sleeves and make things happen, and wants to work as part of a rockstar team.
Bonus points for a current P&C license; otherwise, must be obtained with 3 months of employment (we will pay to send you to class and exam fees).
