Future Investors Program Overview

Access is seeking outstanding sophomore candidates for our Future Investors Program. Future Investors will gain direct exposure to private equity investing through a week-long training and shadowing program hosted in our Baltimore office.

This program will run January 2nd – 6th, 2025.

Future Investors will participate in a four and a half day immersive experience including sessions on private equity, leadership, financial modeling, as well as opportunities to shadow deal-related work and meetings.

The program is based at our headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland; free housing will be provided for all participants.

We Offer:

• A robust training program including both internal and third-party training sessions (Wall Street Prep, etc.)
• A structured mentorship program, which pairs Future Investors with tenured Analysts and Associates
• A small team environment in which Future Investors will shadow senior team members
• Opportunity to attend team networking event
• Potential for a 2026 Summer Analyst internship offer following completion of the Future Investors Program

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

• High level of intellectual curiosity and initiative
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Low ego, consultative style
• Collaborative team approach

Requirements:

• Sophomore of Fall 2024 with a record of high academic achievement (cumulative GPA 3.5 or higher)
