About the Program:
The Future Leaders Trainee Program is a three-month immersive experience designed to groom recent graduates for leadership roles within Migrately. Participants will be assigned to one of six key departments based on their interests, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to the inner workings of a fast-growing startup:

1. Partnerships Program: Build and nurture collaborations with key stakeholders to drive growth.
2. Customer Success Program: Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service and support.
3. Affiliates Program: Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies to expand reach.
4. Social Media Management Program: Create and implement strategies to enhance Migrately’s online presence.
5. Operations Program: Streamline internal processes and support day-to-day business activities.
6. Product Management Program: Drive product development initiatives, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely delivery of impactful solutions.

Upon successful completion, high-performing candidates will be offered a full-time position within the organization.

What You’ll Do:
As a Future Leaders Trainee, you’ll work closely with the founder to support daily operations, execute strategic initiatives, and contribute to the company’s success.

• Department-Specific Impact: Take ownership of projects tailored to your assigned department—whether it’s partnerships, customer success, affiliates, social media, operations, or product management.
• Founder’s Right Hand: Provide hands-on support to the founder and gain unique insights into startup leadership.

Market Research & Documentation: Conduct in-depth research to support strategic decisions and maintain organized documentation.

• A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• An excellent communicator (both written and verbal) who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
