Job Description

Attention: 

At Shippeo, we believe in looking ahead. While we don’t currently have an active Senior Project Manager role, we’re proactively building our talent pipeline for the future. 

Location: Paris

👩‍💻 As a Senior Project Manager, you will join a diverse team of 20 members, responsible for implementing the Shippeo solution across various customer organizations and industries.

You'll lead multiple client implementations, ensuring successful roll-outs. This central role involves working closely with internal and external teams.

Reporting to the Project Director, your responsibilities include:

• Guiding clients through the implementation process: gathering requirements, building project plans, supporting technical setup, training key users, handling reporting, and leading change management.
• Organizing and leading weekly customer project meetings and steering committees to review goals, progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Traveling occasionally for client projects or internal workshops.
• Collaborating with the Customer Success team to align project delivery with business outcomes.
• Coordinating internal teams (Product, Support, Carriers onboarding) involved in implementations.
• Working on cross-team projects to enhance our product and organization.
• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth implementation.
• Mentoring interns on your projects.

Qualifications

🎊 We are looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager with:

• Proficiency in French and English; a third European language is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in an Analyst or Project Management role, preferably in consulting.
• Autonomy and a willingness to take on challenging responsibilities in a fast-growing company.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify problems and propose solutions quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to handle daily client and internal requests efficiently.
• Proficient interpersonal skills to build authentic business relationships and manage relational challenges effectively.
