Year round we are seeking Member Support Specialists to join our fast-paced and collaborative environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners throughout their educational journey. From assisting with application submission to handling enrollment inquiries and troubleshooting, you will utilize multiple systems to provide top-notch support.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will make sense of complex information to answer questions and solve problems for our members. You'll uphold defined standards, methods, and procedures, ensuring a consistent and exceptional member experience. Your ability to make good and timely decisions will be instrumental in benefitting our members and the overall team.
What you can expect:
On a typical day, you'll handle approximately 40 calls, providing prompt and efficient support. You'll thrive in our collaborative environment through participation in team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and building cross-functional connections. Our focus on teamwork and energized movement ensures that objectives are accomplished seamlessly.
Job Details:
- Full-time and remote customer service opportunity
- Primarily assisting members on inbound phones
- 5-day workweek, which may include weekends and some holidays
- Typical 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week role with eligibility for overtime
- Shifts scheduled between 7am-7pm MT, every day of the week, based on business needs
Compensation:
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including an hourly rate of $25.00 ($52,000/yr) for non-bilingual roles, and $25.96 ($54,000/yr) for applicable bilingual roles, as well as company stock options.Â
This is considered a “Covered Role” under the Department of Education’s Ban on Incentive Compensation. Your compensation will not be established or changed, directly or indirectly, based on your success in enrolling students or the management of those activities by those who report to you.Â
