ISG Aligned Operations encompasses ISG Equity Operations, ISG Fixed Income Operations, BRM and Collateral Operations and Branch Operations. The broad organization partners closely with Sales and Trading Business Unit to develop and implement new products and services as well as drive efficiency and reduce risk in our processes. At all times we are focused on delivering quality service to clients both internal and external. ISG Aligned Operations partners closely with Shared Services and Banking Operations (SSBO) as well as Operations Risk & Regulatory Control (ORRC) to deliver a connected 'front to back' view of operations to ISG Sales and Trading.
ISG Fixed Income Operations encompasses Trade Support teams, Fixed Income Financing Ops, OTC Settlements, Client Services, Global Loans Services and COO, Risk and Transformation teams.
The ISG FX Settlements team is responsible for the timely and accurate settlement of cash related to FX products working with various external and internal stakeholders at various levels. This role will offer the individual extensive interaction opportunities across multiple groups within the Global FX division, and exposure to a diverse set of products across the FX market.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying settlement issues and discrepancies with external counterparties, sales, and the trading desk, to resolve fails and unapplied cash item
- Collaborating with Operational management, sales, and trading desks to diminish risk through escalation and strong communication.
- Acting as a process owner and being accountable for all outstanding item
- Developing and improving existing processes and reporting
- Working as part of the global settlements team to assist with development, testing & implementation of internal system changes #LI-JO1
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skill
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word Skill
- Able to handle multiple work streams and prioritize effectively.
- Actively look for new opportunities for self development and career progression.
- Show dedication to learn from experience and mistakes; actively seek out feedback and adjusts behavior accordingly.
- You are aware of the long term impact of regulatory environment and market changes on the business. You make plans where appropriate to adapt control processes and procedures.

Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week.
