Job Description:

  • Create and maintain custom objects in Gainsight MDA to store data, including record identifiers and potential aggregation functions and/or custom formula fields.
  • Gainsight administration – email campaigns, surveys, playbooks, workflows reports, dashboards, Implementation, version & environments hygiene, day-to-day maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance and provide day-to-day end user support to all levels of the CS organization.
  • Broad understanding Sales and Customer Success.
  • Proactively offer recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures.
  • Design and deliver new business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and align with internal teams, such as IT, and Operations teams, to configure and develop the Gainsight environment to meet the needs of internal customers (including external integrations, rules, reports, dashboards, and workflows).
  • Manage intake process by updating cases consistently and ensuring requests are properly routed and tracked.
  • Point of contact for data inquiries, process questions, and functionality requests (Gainsight).
  • Create and maintain documentation for all Gainsight requirements, projects and initiatives.

Required Qualification:

  • 5 Years + Relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge in Query Optimization, Data Debugging, ETL data flows, and database structures.
  • General Data Analysis with ability to perform root cause analysis of issues for resolution in quick time.
  • Experience in SQL Queries, Dynamic SQL, Analytical functions recommended / helpful.
  • Knowledge of applications.
  • Gainsight Admin Experience.
  • Gainsight Administration Certified.
  • Strong Salesforce user, administrative, configuration and reporting skills.
  • Extensive background and experience with Excel a must.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them to effective use of applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to follow through on projects assigned.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce admin certification.
  • Software industry experience.
  • Experience working with and supporting global, distributed, and remote teams.
  • Basic working knowledge of middleware.
  • Channel or multi-tier distribution go-to-market experience.
