Job Responsibilities :
This role involves working closely with the Razer Gold Game Services team to provide improved and enhanced game operations to our partners in the gaming industry.
The position involves managing games operations and campaigns to expand our partners' game publishing operations in emerging regions, with a focus in Thailand.
The role entails leading multi-disciplinary, cross-regional Art & Marketing Teams to develop Best-in-Class game operations for multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, community management, customer support, and technical support, to ensure seamless product delivery and an exceptional player experience.
- Support the development and execution of product strategies, focusing on player engagement, monetization, and market competitiveness.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of a product roadmap, including updates, features, and activities that enhance the player experience and drive long-term growth.
- Analyze game performance using data analytics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize product strategy and operations.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of internal and competitor products, leveraging insights to refine game features and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Communicate the product vision across the organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in the online or mobile games industry, with a focus on the Thailand market.
• Good understanding of Free-to-Play Online Mobile Games, Game Mechanics, & Monetization Strategies.
• Experience in design user flow, feature specification, UI wireframe, data sheet and presentation.
• Experience in data-backed and process-driven and data analytic as tools.
• Experience in relevant game community management.
• Position based in Bangkok city.
