Job Description:

As a Growth Team member, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company's growth strategy within the dynamic industry. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and executing initiatives aimed at fostering overall expansion. The ideal candidate will bring to the table a robust background in growth marketing, strategic planning, and effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Analyser: Analysis of video according to the content and expected great explanation of the video.
2. Gameplay and feedback: Take a closer look at our games to figure out what they're good at and where we might need improvement. Provide feedback that relates to what's happening in the gaming industry overall.
   
3. Strategic Growth Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine strategies aligned with the gaming industry's ever-evolving landscape.
4. Initiative Development: Design and implement innovative initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization, tailored specifically to the gaming world.
5. Confidentiality: Demonstrates steadfast loyalty to the company and maintains confidentiality in all aspects of work.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes, optimizing campaigns and strategies for maximum impact.
7. User Experience Optimization: Work closely with product teams to enhance gaming experiences, ensuring our user remains engaged and satisfied.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills are a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in growth marketing within the industry.
• Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of successful execution.
• Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of gaming trends, communities, and platforms.

Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates from Central America, preferably from Mexico.
• Demonstrated experience in Tech industry growth roles.
• Must have own gaming PC, equipped with powerful RAM, a high-performance Video Card and strong internet speed.
