Games Operator - Excalibur

As a Games Operator at the Fun Dungeon you will create an unforgettable experience for our guests. With your welcoming demeanor and exceptional service, you'll engage with each guest to understand their unique preferences and needs. By tailoring their virtual adventure, you'll craft WOW moments that will resonate long after their visit, leaving them with lasting memories.

THE STARTING RATE: $13/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, ensuring excellent guest service from the moment they arrive

• Always maintain a courteous and helpful disposition towards guests and fellow employees

• Actively promote arcade game play and free-roam VR experiences, such as zombie games and plank air walking, while knowledgeably answering any questions guests may have

• Sell tickets for arcade games and VR experiences, ensuring a seamless purchasing process

• Ensure all games, including arcade games and VR setups, are cleaned, properly equipped, and ready for guest use

• Enforce game rules, monitor gameplay, and ensure appropriate prizes are awarded to winners

• Maintain proper security and inventory of all prizes

• Assist with the opening and closing procedures, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition

• Help with transporting department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and restocking game prizes as needed

• Handle cash transactions accurately, including receiving payments and disbursing change to guests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent guest service

• Knowledgeable about arcade games

• Able to maintain equipment, enforce rules, give prizes to winners and handle cash transactions effectively

• Must be 16 years of age or older
