THE PROGRAM:

As a Management Associate, you will gain experience and exposure to MGM Resorts, a global leader in the entertainment and hospitality industry. In this 9-month program, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and education and develop new ones! This exciting program gives you the opportunity to explore a variety of positions from Casino Floor Supervisors, Hosts, Porters, Event Specialists, Technicians, and more. The exceptional operational and customer service skills of our staff effortlessly bring the casino's magic to our guests!

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead projects and manage teams during structured departmental rotations
• Collaborate with company leadership and operational experts during interactive learning sessions
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and operational enhancements
• Plan, research and execute Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
• Engage in self-directed work based on personalized learning plans aligned to goals and professional development opportunities in your chosen area of operation

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited university with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Will be 21 years of age prior to the start of the program
• Enjoys using critical thinking and problem solving in a fast paced and exciting environment
