Gastroenterologist

• Position: Full-time Gastroenterologist
• Reason for Recruitment: Retirement and growing community needs
• Current Team: 3 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs)
• EMR: Epic
• Patient Volume: Approximately 18-22 patients per day in the clinic
• OR/Hospital Requirements: At least one day of OR/scoping required
• Call Coverage: 1:4 call schedule

• Experience: Open to both experienced providers and new graduates
• Qualifications: Board Eligible (within 5 years of completing residency) or Board Certified in Gastroenterology

• Location: Leroy Outpatient Center, Potsdam, NY
• Surgical Facilities: The outpatient center features a lower level for most procedures, while the OR is reserved for higher-risk patients and complex GI procedures.

• Base Salary: $563,000 - $722,000, based on experience
• Bonus/Productivity: wRVU incentive
• Signing Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
• CME Allowance: $4,000
• Licensing & Dues: $2,000
• Paid Time Off: 240 hours
