Gastroenterology | $800k Base | $1MM+ Potential | Affluent Minneapolis Suburb

This independent, regional healthcare system, located in one of Minnesota's most affluent suburbs, is seeking to add another BE/BC Gastroenterologist to help keep up with patient demand.

Position Details:
• Join a team of three experienced gastroenterologists and two APPs in their busy practice
• Fast ramp-up time; Group is currently booking 3+ months out - incoming provider expected to outperform base salary within first 6 months
• Procedure-heavy practice - only two half days of clinic per week
• Maximize your time in the endo suite by having dedicated RN's and APP's help run your clinic
• Epic EMR
• Robust hospitalist and ED provider group

Compensation and Benefits:
• Highly competitive $800k base salary guarantee plus production bonuses
• Demonstrated proven earning potential of $1MM+
• $30k signing and relocation package
• $6,500 annual CME stipend, student loan repayment eligibility, and 36 days PTO
