Gastroenterology Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)

This position is located in Allentown, Pennsylvania in Lehigh County. At our Cedar Crest location, there are a total of 21 physicians which include 4 advanced endoscopists, 2 transplant hepatologists, and 4 IBD specialists as well as 6 Physician Assistants and 2 CRNPs. The office is open Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:30p with no call coverage, nights, weekends, or holidays. Patient slot durations consist of 30 minutes per patient, seeing two patients per hour. Services provided onsite include: manometry, breath tests, hemorrhoid banding, flexible sigmoidoscopy, hemoccult testing, and fibroscan. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as endoscopy, colonoscopy, and imaging studies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various gastrointestinal conditions.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.

• Valid CRNP license.
• Strong knowledge of gastrointestinal diseases, treatments, and procedures.
