Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a board-certified Physician Assistant to join a well-established Gastroenterology team at our Community Hospital North campus. We are seeking a highly motivated, teamwork-oriented Physician Assistant, preferably with experience.

• 1.0 FTE/ Day Shift / M-F schedule Some weekends/holidays are required

Licensure & Certification

• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
