This Gathr Solution Specialist position is responsible for providing quality on-boarding and ongoing service to customers utilize Gathr for BenAdmin and HR Technology. This position is responsible for working directly with others on implementing new customers through customer needs analysis, implementation and resolution of any ongoing issues. The Gathr Solutions Specialist must demonstrate a strong knowledge of the applicable technology, products and associated processes for their business. Individuals performing in this role will be expected to provide proactive customer service and will be accountable for ensuring a tailored approach to the customer experience and ongoing support.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in customer meetings to document customer specific requirements and processes to support the services to be implemented for the customer
- Partner with key contacts to implement and maintain employer specific communication materials and requirements, and processes in accordance with our offering
- Research customer needs and preferences to ensure that our solutions will be a good fit for our customers.
- Partner with appropriate resources both internally and externally to ensure successful implementation and client experience
- Performs necessary research and analysis required to solve problems, correct errors, or implement enhancements in a manual or automated system or workflow, procedure or process.
- Support the development and implementation of new services, enhancements to existing services and assist with developing and updating resources and materials for our HRIS Solutions/offering
- Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the improvement of software by assisting and supporting testing and analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications
- Bachelors' degree strong preferred, or equivalent, relevant business experience
- 3 or more years of experience in HR Administration and/or HR Technology a plus
- Experience in Unum's Leave and Benefits organization a plus
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills required
- Adaptive/flexible ability to deal with multiple, concurrent and rapidly changing demands
- Solid research, problem-solving, analytical skills and technical aptitude
- Strong organization, documentation, requirements gathering and project management aptitude with ability to set and maintain priorities in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals while balancing customer needs
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to lead projects and work teams
- Ability to create strong partnerships and demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment
- Demonstrated superior project management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, short turnaround times and ambiguity

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.
$53,300.00-$95,900.00
Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive including healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not. All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of individual Plans.
