This is a hybrid position. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office an average of two to three days per week with the remainder worked remotely.
Job Summary:
The Operational Risk Analyst supports the Business Unit Risk and Control (BURCO) team in the "first line of defense,". The primary focus is on control testing and identification, assessment, and monitoring of key business operational risks through execution of MUFG's Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
Major Responsibilities:
- RCSA execution
- Control testing
- Control gap analysis and remediation
- Key Risk Indicator (KRI) monitoring
- Ability to use analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to assimilate, evaluate and articulate business impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with mid and senior levels of management
- Ability to work with a moderate level of guidance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
The typical base pay range for this role is between $80K - $100K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
