MX is seeking an experienced, talented DevOps Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join the engineering team at MX. You'll be bringing your talent and expertise to continue building and scaling our highly available and distributed SaaS platform.

MX is seeking an experienced, talented DevOps Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join the engineering team at MX. You'll be bringing your talent and expertise to continue building and scaling our highly available and distributed SaaS platform.
What you'll get to do
- Design Infrastructure and automated systems to support distributed architecture
- Continue to Implement our GCP environment
- Develop tools to manage configuration and deployment of our GCP environment
- Forecast and plan for the infrastructure needs of a fast-growing SaaS company and find ways to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with our engineering team to detect and resolve infrastructure problems
- Maintain highly available and redundant web and backend systems that serve millions of users, and 1000's of requests per second
- Work in typical office conditions, read from and enter data into a computer
You'll do it using your
- BS in Information Systems or Computer Science, related field experience, or both.
- Experience working with automated server configuration and deployment tools
- Proficiency working in Linux environments, particularly with web-facing systems
- Experience in Containerization and Kubernetes
- Experience with platform/web security roles
- Experience with distributed systems
- Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Saltstack
- Kubernetes, Docker, Containerization
Preferred but not required
- Redis, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, LogStash, RabbitMQ
- Nginx, Apache, Rsyslog, Auditd
- Ruby, C++, Golang, Python, Bash
- Rails, AngularJS, React
