PayPal's Global Entity Management & Oversight (GEM&O) team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Analyst. The Program Analyst will be responsible for supporting the GEM&O Program. GEM&O was set up to design, operate and optimize an infrastructure to meet business priorities and regulatory expectations in the jurisdictions in which PayPal does business. The right candidate is a self-motivated individual that is able to effectively work and communicate collaboratively / cross-functionally with multiple teams located in different geographies. The right candidate must also have a hands-on approach, strong management skills and attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities:

This role will be reporting to the Senior Director, Governance &, GEM&O Business Operations and responsible for executing GEM&O program processes, including:

• Assist with Business operations requests including but not limited to managing headcount contingent worker requests, monitoring timely submission of expenses, management of workday approvals.
• Managing adherence to GEM&O program requirements and driving remediation when issues are identified.
• Driving alignment across legal entities.
• Working with stakeholders to respond to regulatory surveys and partner due diligence requests.
• Creating templates and processes to provide clear and concise program updates and reporting to senior leadership.
• Creating reporting and program updates for senior leadership.
• Managing key OKR metrics and other reporting for GEM leadership.
• Actively developing relationships and working collaboratively with cross functional groups.
• Driving and implementing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:

• Ability to work across multiple lines of business leading complex project management initiatives with high attention to detail and accuracy; while multitasking and meeting deadlines despite competing priorities.
• Reporting experience, including using tools such as Firefly.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage projects and drive/achieve results.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-starter and highly motivated to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and exhibit agility in navigating from current state to proposed solutions.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 1 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
