Gen AI Tech Lead

Description:Position Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Gen AI Tech Lead to join our team. We are a dynamic and innovative AI start-up passionate about bringing cutting-edge products to market, searching for an individual who can lead the charge in developing web applications that make an impact in the lives of millions. Role and Responsibilities: As the Gen AI Tech Lead, you will work closely with our AI / ML and Data Engineers to turn Machine Learning models and data pipelines into robust software applications. You will play a central role in designing and developing our core AI / ML solutions. You will be working as a part of a highly experienced and fast-moving team of passionate product builders. Requirements:NOTE: Must be a Citizen or Green Card Holder and live in the United States Bringing to the table: • 10+ years of overall experience building software solutions. • 5+ years of experience working with Python. • 2+ years working in AI / ML. • 1+ years working in GenAI. • B.S. or above degree in Computer Science or 15+ years overall experience. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Successful track record in proactive technical leadership. Experience working with: • Building agentic workflows. • LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain. • Advanced Prompt Engineering and management (registries, A/B testing). • Fine-tuned and hosted models (including Llama or DeepSeek or others). • LLM evaluation and production monitoring. • RAG-power applications. Familiarity with: • Model Context Protocol (MCP). • Synthetic data generation. • Classic ML techniques and models. Nice to haves: • Experience working with AWS and Bedrock specifically. • Experience working with Voice APIs. • Experience working multi-modal LLM APIs. • Prior management experience. • Experience building HITL workflows / UX.
