You will coordinate a variety of repair and maintenance duties with advanced proficiency and a skilled focus on a specific area or need as well as respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner. Shift: Evening shift, with rotating weekend commitment Experience: 1. 5+ years of recent Maintenance experience preferred. 2. Healthcare Maintenance experience a plus. Valid Driver’s License in the United States with current insurance required. 2. Specialty certification or license may be required based on assignment.
