Working Monday to Friday 8.45-17.15
37.5 Hours per week

We’re currently looking for an Administrator to join us on a permanent basis in our Leeds office. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety, where you can develop your administration skills further whilst supporting the wider teams within our business.
What you will be doing:
- Creating customer accounts
- Create & process SAP Purchase Orders for key teams
- Maintaining customer/Supplier Portals to ensure compliance
- Assist / support in the process of processing Purchase Invoices / Credits to SAP
- Processing invoices
- Answering incoming phone calls in polite and courteous manner
- Prepare documentation for International deliveries
- Ordering stationery, office supplies and Sundries.
- Dealing with AP & AR queries
- control of all filing & documentation
To join us in this role you will ideally hold proficient IT skills, solutions focused with a good attention to detail. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a faced paced team environment.
