Job Description
General information:
You will provide general affairs tasks, administrative services, finance support and assistance for all country business.
Responsibilities:
- You will fix asset management, Reiwa PJ related support, Telegram arrange ID Card Management, Stationary management (order), iPhone related (order, stock management)
- You will setup orientation (scheduling etc.,), Seating map, Organization Chart, Preparation for new hire (PC etc.)
- You will support IT related Server, Vendor, In Warehouse.
- You will support PC administration (stock etc.), Business Card, Data entry, Translation
- You Support for Finance and HR Tasks.
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

Your background:
- Experience of general affairs tasks at business organization.
- Experience of internal / external coordination of administrative tasks.
- Business level English language, TOEIC 600 or higher.
- Broad knowledge of organization / area of operation.
- Native level Japanese language.
- Work independently and mindset of work as a team.
- Undertaken complex tasks / activities with some support.
- Knowledge of Japanese business manner.
