What We DoPerforms a variety of basic clerical duties, following instructions and procedures. This may include filing, sorting, creating files, posting records, proofreading, data entry, maintaining records, schedules, and performing research. This role resides in a variety of operating units where high volume of information is being processed and/or maintained. Requires knowledge of the department’s office procedures and structure.

What You'll Do

• Performs a variety clerical of duties requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures
• Duties include maintaining simple to complex files, keeping records, preparing schedules, compiling and checking reports, searching and investigating information contained in files, processing departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations and typing correspondence and reports

What You'll Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years related experience
• Communication skills
• PC skills and familiarity with office equipment
• Familiarity with relevant company operating systems
• Attention to detail
• Organized 
• Customer service orientation

Salary Range: $13.63 - $18.16 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
