Skills • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). • Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices is preferred. • Ability to follow directions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with coworkers and supervisors. • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work. • Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
