General Construction Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The Construction Laborer will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks to support construction projects. This is an entry-level position that provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials and equipment. - Assist construction crews with tasks such as digging, hauling, and cleaning up job sites. - Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Follow all safety protocols and regulations. - Collaborate with other laborers to complete tasks efficiently. - Perform other duties as assigned by the construction team. Experience: - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred. - Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. - Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. - Familiarity with construction equipment and tools. - High school diploma or GED required. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Willingness to work overtime as needed.
