General Laborer

Responsibilities • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. • Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. • Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members on various tasks. • Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. • Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed. • Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role. Skills • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). • Basic knowledge of construction or labor-related tasks is preferred but not required. • Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Attention to detail with a focus on safety practices. • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments.
