Join Our Mission as a General Manager at Black Rifle Coffee Company Outpost!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our Black Rifle Coffee Outpost team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hands-on with daily operations, and is passionate about leading a team with a customer-first attitude. You’ll oversee all aspects of store operations—from driving sales and optimizing inventory to coaching your team and delivering the kind of service that creates lifelong fans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead by Example: You’ll manage day-to-day store operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, staff hiring, supervision, and development. You’ll be the “player-coach” that inspires and sets the standard for your team.

  • Drive Profitability: Take charge of the store's P&L by controlling expenses, labor costs, supplies, and inventory, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

  • Deliver Legendary Customer Service: Foster a customer-first mindset across your team. Coach and train staff on best practices to create a welcoming, community-driven environment.

  • Create a Positive Store Culture: Build and maintain a motivated, focused, and cohesive team that’s ready to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.

  • Execute Company Programs: Ensure the successful implementation of all company initiatives by developing action plans and coaching your team to meet operational goals and organizational objectives.

  • Analyze and Improve Performance: Regularly review store metrics and financial reports to spot trends and address risks or opportunities for improvement. Provide senior leadership with valuable insights.

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community to drive brand loyalty and expand outreach.

  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Lead Marketing and Merchandising Efforts: Implement and manage store merchandising and marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if experience shines.

  • 5+ years of experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment preferred.

  • At least 3+ years of experience in retail/QSR store management.

  • Proven success in achieving sales and profitability goals.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, delegation, and communication skills.

  • A track record of managing and motivating a team to reach their full potential.

  • Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising strategies, and operational best practices.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with quick decision-making.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and POS systems.

  • Flexible availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
