Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4- Food for Ahuja Medical Center located in Beachwood, Ohio.

University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center provides Beachwood and the surrounding communities with personalized and convenient access to nationally recognized healthcare, delivered by leading experts in primary, specialty and emergency care. The General Manager position will be responsible for 50 frontline employees, 4 managers and 1 UH supervisor. Annual retail sales are 2 million and bedside ordering is used for the patient feeding program.

Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• deliver high quality food service;
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• develop strategic plans;

• ensure Sodexo standards are met.

What You Bring

• have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
• have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
• demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. (not applicable to external candidates)

Qualifications & Requirements
