Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 5 to join our team at Novartis in East Hanover N! The current food landscape consists of 2 Cafe,1 Full Service Restaurant, 1 Quick Service Restaurant, 1 Micro-Market, 50 Pantries and Catering Operations.

Reporting to the Resident District Manager, The General Manager 5 will be responsible for oversight and supports all facets of daily hospitality services.

The General Manager 5 will help manage the client relationship, budget/finances for the operation, leading and developing a team of 6 salaried managers and 65 hourly employees.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• experience managing a management team both front-of-house and back-of-house
• financial acumen, managing budgets
• experience training and directing a talented and diverse staff
• innovation and ability to grow revenue and manage cost
• customer driven and strong track record in organizational development
• superior client relations skills and executive presence

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years
