Job Description

• Direct support to the GM
• Assist the General Manager in overseeing and coordinating the activities of different departments within the organization
• Active participation in meetings, keeping minutes, monitoring and tracking action points
• Active participation in the preparation of various documents, business presentations and reports
• Business correspondence, communication with guest clients and scheduling meetings
• Organizing accommodation, airline tickets and business meetings
• Distributes mail, disposes of and archives documentation
• Taking care of post
• Support for other management members and sales support
• Organizing events in cooperation with marketing department
• Interpreting (English language)

Qualifications

• Good time management - ability to plan tasks, meetings, organize calendars, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, employees, and external stakeholders
• Attitude for addressing challenges and implementing solutions
• Active knowledge of the English language in written and oral form (C1)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Willingness to travel
• Active driver
• Slovak language - mother tongue
