GENERAL MANAGER NF4 (ALL SOURCES)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, hotel, restaurant, or a related field appropriate to the work of position OR minimum of one year experience in managing a DoD Lodging Facility, OR a minimum of three years experience which provides knowledge of hotel management or business operations required.  
    
2. A Certified Hotel Administrator designation preferred.  
    
3. Ability to supervise employees accomplishing work.  
    
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with subordinates, officials and others.  
    
5. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.  
    
6. Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred.  
    
7. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
